Our Services

Birth Doulas

Our goal is to connect the whole body and whole family to the birth of your new baby or babies by matching you with the perfect doula support team. We are here to support, connect and offer love during a time of intense emotion and change. Whether you have decided to have a Home Birth or Hospital Birth we want to match you with the perfect doula. The Birth Doulas we work with are all professionally trained Doulas, and although each has their own personality and style, they all have the similar goal of loving support and helping to create a peaceful and happy memory around your birth.

Postpartum Doulas

Whether you've just welcomed your baby and know exactly what kind of support you're looking for, or you're preparing for birth and aren't sure where to begin, we're here to help connect you with experienced postpartum professionals who can support your family's unique needs.

The postpartum doulas in our network provide a wide range of support during the Fourth Trimester, including newborn care, parent education, recovery support, feeding guidance, and practical assistance as your family adjusts to life with a new baby.

Each professional brings their own background, training, certifications, and experience. Our network includes Certified Birth Doulas, Postpartum Doulas, Lactation Consultants, Registered Nurses, and other qualified newborn and family support specialists. We take the time to learn about your family's preferences, goals, and circumstances so we can introduce you to professionals whose experience and approach may be the best fit for your needs.

Our role is to simplify the search process and help you find the right support for your family during this important transition. Daytime postpartum support is typically scheduled in 4-hour increments.

Overnight Doulas

Everyone tells new parents to expect sleepless nights, but with the right support, it doesn't have to feel overwhelming. We help connect families with experienced overnight postpartum professionals who can provide hands-on newborn care and support while parents get the rest they need.

Many of the professionals in our network focus not only on helping families get more sleep in the short term, but also on establishing healthy routines and practical strategies that build confidence and independence over time. Their goal is to support your family in a way that feels sustainable long after their services have ended.

Whether you plan to breastfeed, bottle-feed, combination-feed, or are still deciding what feels right for your family, we will help introduce you to professionals who will support your parenting choices without judgment. Every family's needs are unique, and we strive to match you with a provider whose experience, approach, and personality align with your goals.

Overnight support shifts are typically 10 hours in length and generally begin between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

Placenta Encapsulation

Placenta encapsulation is a service offered by independent placenta specialists within our professional network. Using a Traditional Chinese Medicine-inspired preparation method, the placenta is carefully processed, dehydrated, and placed into capsules for postpartum consumption.

Families choose placenta encapsulation for a variety of personal reasons. Some parents report benefits such as increased energy, improved mood, hormonal balance, emotional well-being, and lactation support during the postpartum period. However, experiences vary from person to person, and these benefits have not been conclusively established by scientific research.

We are happy to help connect you with an experienced placenta specialist and answer any questions you may have about the process.

Book a Class

We have two monthly classes - Newborn Care and Natural Birth. We also have a series of private classes that can be taught in person or virtually.
