After your inquiry call, we assign two doulas to you as your birth team. These are the two doulas that you will interview and who will be on call for your birth and available to you for your entire pregnancy.
We like to set up a zoom call between 10-20 weeks. to interview and meet them, however we do take people after that as well if there is still availability.
Once you hire, you will sign a contract and pay the 50% deposit
We will start a group chat for you and your doulas immediately so your 24/7 support starts right away.
We have 2 in person meetings, one at 32 weeks and one at 36 weeks - here we will discuss anything you need, but also include Birth Plan, Coping, Belly Mapping/Baby Positioning, Daily routines, labor prep and anything else that is appropriate for your labor goals.

We are on call and ready for your labor to begin at anytime from 36 weeks - 42 weeks. One of the 2 doulas will join you at home or at the hospital (whichever you request) once labor gets intense.
We are by your side from that point forward to guide your birth partner or to step in when your partner may need a break.
We will work through positioning, coping, breathing, massage, natural pain relief options and many other tricks up our sleeves.
We bring Rebozos, Essential Oils, Diffusers, Olive Oil for your perineum and anything else we may need.
We are there as chameleons, to adjust to emotional, physical and educational needs in the room.

We stay for up to 2 hours postpartum to assist with a first feed/latch if you plan to breastfeed and support you through any repairs or recovery.
We are available for whatever you need via text and phone after.
We do one in person visit postpartum.

Prenatal before your scheduled surgery date to walk through expectations from an emotional and physical standpoint
We are available 24/7 for calls and texts
If allowed - we join you 1 hour before delivery
We attend for 3-4 hours after you leave recovery to assist with latch, recovery and to be present as medications wear off
We offer a consistent care option/balancing the nurse change overs happening throughout the day
If baby needs to go to the NICU, we offer care for mom so dad can stay with baby
Continuous availability via phone for postpartum support

When I started this company, I had a few goals in mind...how can we make this process easier, peaceful and a positive memory for moms? I had such incredibly beautiful experiences with my first daughter and my twins, I want that for all of our clients. Our focus is on naturally focused moms that truly want better than the normal medical experience.
Does that mean we don't do hospital births? Does that mean we don't do epidurals? Heck no! We believe you deserve every tool in your tool kit if it's necessary.
However, we are here to find out what your goals are, set up a plan with you and create exactly the experience you have been dreaming of, eliminating the fear of the unknown. We will help set you up for success through our comforting and in depth understanding of the current medical system as well as knowledge of all options available if you do choose to have a home birth.
