After your inquiry call, we’ll check availability and match you with one or more doulas who we believe are a great fit for you and your family. You’ll have the opportunity to interview them via Zoom—sometimes it's one, sometimes it's a few—so you can choose the person or team you connect with most.
We typically recommend scheduling your interviews between 10–20 weeks of pregnancy, but we do accept clients later in pregnancy if we still have availability.
Once you’ve selected your doula, you’ll sign a contract directly with our agency and pay a 50% deposit to reserve your spot.
From there, we’ll start a group chat between you and your doula team—so your 24/7 support begins right away.
Your matched doulas will then schedule two in-person prenatal visits with you:
Around 32 weeks
Around 36 weeks
During these visits, you’ll go over anything you need—including your birth plan, coping tools, baby’s position, daily routines, labor prep, and more—based on your goals and preferences.
-
Once you’ve hired your doula team, they’ll be on call for you 24/7 from 36 to 42 weeks. When labor begins to intensify, one of your matched doulas will join you—whether that’s at home or directly at the hospital, depending on your preferences.
Your doula will stay by your side from that point forward—offering hands-on guidance, supporting your birth partner, and stepping in with care when they need a break.
They’ll help you work through labor using positioning, coping techniques, breathwork, massage, and natural pain relief options—plus all the little things you didn’t even know you needed.
Our doulas often bring Rebozos, essential oils, diffusers, olive oil for perineal support, and other tools to help you feel grounded and supported.
Each doula is skilled at reading the room and adjusting in the moment—offering emotional, physical, or educational support based on what you need most.
-
After your baby arrives, your doula will stay with you for up to 2 hours to support the immediate postpartum period. This includes assistance with the first latch or feeding, emotional grounding, and compassionate support during any repairs or early recovery.
Once your doula leaves, support doesn’t end—you’ll still have access to your doula team via text and phone for questions, reassurance, or anything else that comes up in those early days.
Your package also includes one in-person postpartum visit, usually scheduled within the first 10 days after birth, to check in on your recovery, answer newborn care questions, and reflect on your birth experience.
-
If you’re planning a cesarean birth, we’ll schedule a prenatal visit before your surgery date to walk through what to expect—emotionally, physically, and logistically—so you feel grounded and prepared.
Your matched doula is available to you 24/7 by phone and text for any questions leading up to the big day.
If your birth location permits, your doula will arrive about an hour before your scheduled delivery to help you feel centered and supported before surgery.
After you leave recovery, your doula will stay with you for 3–4 hours, providing hands-on help with latch and feeding, emotional reassurance, and consistent support as medications wear off.
Doulas also help bridge the gap during frequent nursing staff changes, offering continuous, familiar care throughout your hospital stay.
If your baby requires NICU care, your doula can remain with you so your partner can be with your baby—ensuring you're never alone during that transition.
After birth, your doula remains available via phone and text for continued postpartum support whenever you need it.
You have Options with Us
When I started this company, I had a few goals in mind...how can we make this process easier, peaceful and a positive memory for moms? I had such incredibly beautiful experiences with my first daughter and my twins, I want that for all of our clients. Our focus is on naturally focused moms that truly want better than the normal medical experience.
Does that mean we don't do hospital births? Does that mean we don't do epidurals? Heck no! We believe you deserve every tool in your tool kit if it's necessary.
However, we are here to find out what your goals are, set up a plan with you and create exactly the experience you have been dreaming of, eliminating the fear of the unknown. We will help set you up for success through our comforting and in depth understanding of the current medical system as well as knowledge of all options available if you do choose to have a home birth.
